Additional Notes

  • All memberships include access to the Tea Corner and special community events.

  • Services are not cumulative and must be used within the corresponding month.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations to avoid losing the monthly service or any additional reserved services.

  • Memberships automatically renew each month.

  • A credit card must be kept on file for monthly charges.

  • The monthly payment applies even if the included services are not used during that month.

  • Memberships and their services are not transferable to other individuals.

  • Membership cancellation requires 30 days' advance notice.

  • Once canceled, all associated future benefits and services are forfeited.

  • A deposit equivalent to one month's membership is required, in addition to the first monthly payment.

  • The deposit is held as a credit and can be used for services during the final month, provided the membership remains active for at least 12 consecutive months.

  • For the Elite plan, if the member brings a guest, the same cancellation policies apply.

  • The member will be responsible for any additional charges or non-compliance caused by their guest.

  • If a membership is canceled, it must be reactivated under the same original terms.

  • Memberships cannot be paused.

  • For any status changes, the process must be started from scratch.

  • Some member-exclusive activities may require additional payments not included in the membership.

  • Priority reservations have limited capacity and are subject to availability.

  • Membership prices are subject to change upon renewal.

  • Menu services may vary based on market availability or improvements defined by Momentos.

  • We reserve the right of admission.

  • There is no limit on product purchases during the membership year.

  • Member discounts do not apply to gift certificates or mail-order purchases.

  • Individual services or treatments not included in the plan must be paid for on the day of the appointment; they are not charged automatically.

  • Failed charges or rejected payments will incur a $20.00 surcharge for each additional attempt.
